V prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi se tr\u00e9nuje z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vytrvalost a obecn\u00e1 koordinace, aby se n\u00e1sledn\u011b prohloubila a z\u00edskala s\u00edla. Vytrvalost se posiluje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sporty, jako je j\u00edzda na kole, inline bruslen\u00ed, b\u011bh nebo nordic walking. Program za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jednoduch\u00fdmi cvi\u010debn\u00edmi jednotkami ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva dny. Pouze ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se po tr\u00e9ninku dostate\u010dn\u011b zotav\u00ed, mohou dlouhodob\u011b zvy\u0161ovat svou v\u00fdkonnost. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, na kter\u00fd den v t\u00fddnu jsou jednotliv\u00e9 jednotky napl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny. Hlavn\u00ed je, aby byla dodr\u017eena posloupnost a p\u0159est\u00e1vky. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu by m\u011bl silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink v\u017edy n\u00e1sledovat a\u017e po tr\u00e9ninku koordinace.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Koordina\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed<\/h3>\r\n<p>Abyste byli na zimu pln\u011b fit, je t\u0159eba tr\u00e9novat tak\u00e9 koordina\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti, a k tomu existuje mnoho sportovn\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed. \u00da\u010dinn\u00fdm a z\u00e1bavn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem je j\u00edzda na inline brusl\u00edch na slalomov\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze. Zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed t\u00e9to trati bez chyb tr\u00e9nuje rovnov\u00e1hu, rytmizaci a p\u0159evodov\u00e9 schopnosti. Schopnosti spojov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 tak\u00e9 tehdy, kdy\u017e je t\u0159eba splnit n\u011bkolik \u00fakol\u016f sou\u010dasn\u011b a nejl\u00e9pe asynchronn\u011b. Velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm pro tento \u00fa\u010del je nap\u0159\u00edklad balancov\u00e1n\u00ed na nestabiln\u00edm povrchu, jako je pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159 z p\u011bnov\u00e9 gumy, v kombinaci s pohyby, jako je d\u0159ep z kopce.
